Calderwood Han International is the consulting arm of the Calderwood Han Group. Specialising in the creation and funding of new companies it draws on the business and technology expertise of the consultants within the group.

The business is synergistic with our search and general recruitment businesses as in the final analysis most companies at almost any part of their evolution only suffer from two fundamental sources of problems, people and money. 

We specialise in ‘out of the box’ thinking and unlike our other group companies we take a more participative role in our clients even to the extent of taking our reward in equity participation.

Many of our clients grow from small beginnings and a few people. We provide, from the various parts of our group the required specialist services; team building, investment funds and so on in a coordinated manner.
