Our MarketsWe have a worldwide capability. In the last twelve months we have worked in five continents,
either on behalf of foreign clients or when seeking candidates. While most of our assignments are for appointments at or
near Board level, we do operate elsewhere within an organisation, addressing
specific needs which may not reflect seniority. Always the consultant’s expertise is closely matched to
client requirement. We act for existing listed companies, typically on the
New York, London and Tokyo Exchanges; the NASDAQ market has also become
prominent in recent years. Venture Capital driven assignments, e.g. for
management buy outs/buy ins - when new team structures and people compatibility
are critical - is an area of increasing focus. Our team further specialises in the processes and methods of Change Management. Change is often a necessity in our projects and we are well qualified and accustomed to addressing organisational inadequacies or instability. Our market experience is wide and is expanding to meet our clients’ requirements along with our recognition of evolving opportunities. There are few areas in which we have not supplied services but our reputation is enhanced by our success in unusual challenges. Many assignments involve long and complex searches under trying circumstances. They are of a needle in haystack type, identifying unique individuals for difficult roles; either by job type, location, political sensitivities, or with a combination of all three. |
