Calderwood Han Limited has been assisting for some years the management teams of new and existing companies to raise investment capital through both conventional venture routes and its associate companies. 

In support of this activity, Calderwood Han often works with the core team to create a balanced “fundable team”, which can attract the funds required. This activity has been possible by the creation of a “reserve candidate database” being an accumulation of candidates of proven record of accomplishment. 

Following demand and a recent review of our products Calderwood Han now offers this service as part of is broader range of Executive Services on the following basis:

• The product is only available for pre-funding new team builds.
• The product is not normally a search but usually relies on the in-house, database of accumulated experience and knowledge.
• Appointments made require the full fee to be paid as soon as funding is available.
• The company undertakes to carry out all senior or graduate recruitment for a minimum period of twelve months after funding as standard retained searches through Calderwood Han Limited at a fee rate of 33% of salary for each position.
• The work must be carried out for a registered company and be authorised by a Director of that company.
