Our CostsConsulting FeesAll fees are fixed and agreed in advance and calculated on the time and professional resources required to undertake an assignment properly; for search and selection, fees subsequent to the initial retainer are invoiced at pre-determined stages which are clearly indicated in our Proposal. For
search and executive selection appointments, we do not work on the customary
percentage of remuneration basis: a fixed fee arrangement affords the client
better budgetary control and enables Calderwood Han to be totally objective in
the final negotiation stages on behalf of the client. In House
Recruitment is billed on an hourly basis for actual work done on and off the
client’s site. ExpensesAll expenses are recharged at cost.
