In House Managed Recruitment
Regularly, we encounter clients whose recruitment needs
are of a scale and complexity where a more dedicated solution is required.
Prompted by a venture capitalist client, who wished to take a new investment
from the five founders to one hundred staff in a very short time, we developed
our process as a particular solution and our In House Recruitment Service began.
Based on the American “Silicon Valley“ model of
employing dedicated recruiters, we now offer this facility as a controllable
resource to address finite exercises such as team building, restructuring and
ongoing recruitment programmes for high calibre candidates.
Our definition of the In House Recruitment service is:

On-site
recruitment facilities are provided by Calderwood Han
Consulting.

These activities
cover the selection of graduates, engineers and other management grade staff
below the level of an executive search approach.

The external
resources of such staff may be Advertising, Agencies, the Internet and
Focused Research.

On an ongoing
basis, our consultant will take what action is necessary to ensure that a
pool of filtered candidates is available in time to satisfy the forward
manpower plan of our client.

The consultant
continues to advises on an ongoing basis the resources required to achieve
the agreed goals.

Consultant time
is billed on an hourly basis.
The consultants are matched by background skill to provide the clearest
communication and understanding with the ultimate customer, usually the line
manager, and the elements of the process. The
process required for each client varies, depending on specific needs and an
itemised plan is provided before an assignment commences.
