Graham WalkerDirectorA graduate mining engineer, Graham’s earlier career
spanned fifteen years in progressively senior operational and general management
roles with large mining groups in Southern Africa, Canada and Australia. He entered the executive search business in 1984 and has recruited all disciplines from departmental head to chief executive, mainly for clients engaged in the primary and manufacturing industries. The majority of his assignments are international - he has worked in every continent - many of which necessitate long and complex searches to identify unique individuals for difficult roles, either by job type, political sensitivities, location or with a combination of all three. His activities involve considerable international travel and he has been highly successful in Third World and developing country placements.
