advancement and management consultancy to business development. His first and
higher degrees, including education, technology, psychology and communications
form the basis of his skills within international human resource consultancies. Bob brings specialist skills to Change Management,
applying facilitating and mentoring techniques to a wide range of industrial and
commercial organizations. While a senior university lecturer, he introduced
innovative degree courses in communication technology, psychology and human
resource development, often with a strong vocational bias. As founding Chairman of the ARC Group, he has been
closely involved with establishing and expanding the specialist areas of
Executive Search and Selection, Human Resource Management Consultancy, Training
and Development, Career Counselling and Organisation Management. Specialising as he does in both strategic
and practical involvement with clients’ businesses, there has been an
increasing demand for his skills as clients re-examine the importance of the
human factors in their quest for innovation, profit and success.
