International Management Consultancy, headquartered in London. Its principal
activities are retained executive search and other recruitment and management
services. The nucleus of the Company is a cohesive team of mature consultants,
some of whom have worked together since 1984; together they have substantial
experience in worldwide search. The collective background of all staff covers
the main professional disciplines and market sectors. In practice, our first priority is to understand clearly
our clients’ mission, culture, the nature of their business - especially
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats - and, most importantly, the
personality and management style of the key people. We place considerable
importance on ensuring that the chemistry between client and consultant is
readily recognised and exhibits the required compatibility. We emphasise quality and focus on the delivery of a
thorough and total service; this enables us to maintain a select and highly
supportive client base, evidenced by the high volume of repeat business and the
longevity of our client relationships. In-house, Calderwood Han makes use of the latest advances in information, communication and virtual office technology; this benefits our operational efficiency and ensures high security of information storage which is largely paperless. These facilities also allow our staff to work from any location.
